Telephone contactI agree to ADAP’s staff seeing the phone number your child gives ADAP and phoning your child on it about your child’s assessment and development. I can withdraw this at any time.If not: staff can’t see the athlete’s phone number, so they don’t phone them.

VideoI agree to ADAP keeping match and training footage of your child that is sent to it, having ADAP’s staff watch it and tag what your child does in it, and using what they tag to assess your child. I can withdraw this at any time.If not: no video can be sent for the athlete and they aren’t tagged; staff can’t see their tags or their numbers from video.
