Rugby · ages 15 to 23

Know where you stand. See what it takes. Get there.

ADAP assesses young rugby players, shows each one the gap between where they are and where they want to play, and manages the path in between — with a person, not an algorithm, making every decision.

Under 18? A parent or guardian says yes first — we’ll help you ask.

How it works

One journey, from the first questionnaire to the next step in your rugby.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us about your rugby: your playing history, your skills as you see them, and your physical testing. On your phone, at your own pace.

  2. 02

    Get assessed

Your answers are scored and read by ADAP’s reviewers. A score is only ever a recommendation — a person makes every decision.

  3. 03

    See your gap

We compare where you are with what the programmes you’re aiming for ask of players, measure by measure.

  4. 04

    Close it

Regular check-ins, match video and coaching notes, so you can see your progress and what to work on next.

The whole player

Not one test on one day. ADAP builds a picture from what you tell us, what you can show us and what you do in matches — and every number can be traced back to where it came from.

  • Rugby skills

Handling, tackling, the breakdown, kicking — rated by you, checked by us.

  • Physical performance

Speed, strength and conditioning tests, compared like for like.

  • Game understanding

How you read the game and make decisions, in your own words.

  • Match video

Tagged clips of what you actually do on the pitch. Coming soon.

For parents and guardians

Most of our athletes are under 18. For every one of them, nothing happens until a parent or guardian has said yes — and you can change your mind at any time.

Sign your child up
  • You give consent, purpose by purpose

Assessment is one consent; health information is a separate one. Nothing is bundled, and nothing optional is ticked for you.

  • Either of you can start

Sign your child up yourself, or accept the link your child sends you from their account.

  • You see their progress

How far they’ve got with their questionnaires — without reading their answers.

  • You can stop at any time

Withdraw a consent from your page and it takes effect straight away.

Your data, handled like it matters

Because it does: much of it is about young people, and some of it is about their health.

  • Consent comes first

Every sensitive use of your information needs its own consent, checked each time — not just when you sign up.

  • Health kept separate

Questions about injuries are only asked with health consent, and ADAP’s reviewers can read the answers only while it stands.

  • Stored in Europe

Stored in Europe, accessed only under contractual safeguards. People decide; scores only recommend.
